Finely chop pepper & onions. Pour apple juice into a stainless steel pot. Add peppers & onions, cayenne, certo, lemon juice, white wine vinegar. Bring to a rolling boil for 5 mins. while stirring. Add sugar, continue to stir & boil vigorously for 5 mins. Do a gel test, if ok remove pot from heat and let cool down about 10 - 15 mins. Ladle jelly into sterilized jars & process as directed by manufacturer.
To create more spice heat use hot green peppers as cayenne powder will make your jelly red.
